Here are some successful businesswomen to honor on International Women’s Day.

Barbara Corcoran is now known as a wealthy investor on the hit show Shark Tank. But she used to be a waitress at a diner in New Jersey before putting $1,000 into starting her own real estate business in 1973. Now that same company is worth billions with 111 different locations.
Tracy Tutor is a successful real estate agent who was able to become a host on the show Million Dollar Listing, Los Angeles in 2006. She has worked in the LA real estate market for more than two decades and is currently worth over $20 million. She also wrote a book called “Fear Is Just A Four-Letter Word”, it instills confidence in real estate agents on the job and in their personal lives.
Carly Fiorina received a Master of Business Administration in 1980 from the University of Maryland in 1980. She started her business career at AT&T in 1990, and became the first female CEO at HP in 1999. As of 2015, Carly and her husband had a net worth of $59 million.
Mara McNeil is the president and chief executive officer of Toyota Financial Savings Bank. This bank is responsible for providing a range of banking services to Toyota, Lexus, private dealers, and consumers. Before she became president, she was overseeing the legal department of the company as vice president, general counsel, and secretary.
Frances Allen is currently the CEO of Checkers. Prior to this position she was Brand President of the restaurant franchise Jack in the Box and more recently the chief executive officer of Boston Market.
